Public Comment Guidelines
● Public comment must be relevant to action item
● Chat will be disabled
● Comment must be vocalized with full name stated prior to making a comment
● Comments shall be directed toward the chairperson
● Chairperson will decide if public comment warrants response
● Refrain from interrupting other members as they speak
● Reasonable time will be given at the end of each action item for the public to raise hand and
wait for turn to vocalize comment
