The Utah Food Safety Task Force is excited to announce its 2nd Annual Food Safety Conference that will be held April 16-17, 2024 at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. This conference is for academia, farmers, manufacturers, industry, regulators, retailers, public health, producers, and anyone else who is interested in food safety. Registration for the conference will be sent out mid-January. We hope to see you at the Food Safety Conference!
