The Utah Industrial Hemp Program ensures consumer safety, product integrity, and industry compliance by monitoring Utah’s industrial hemp processors and retail establishments to ensure safety and label standards are met.
The Utah Medical Cannabis Program operates in partnership with the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. UDAF ensures product safety and compliance by regulating medical cannabis cultivators, processors, and pharmacies throughout the state. DHHS ensures compliance by overseeing the patients and providers.
The Kratom Program protects consumer health by enforcing standards set in place by the Utah Kratom Consumer Protection Act and registers and inspects all kratom products sold in Utah.
