Specialized products include things like tobacco, nicotine, cannabinoids, kratom, and other products known or intended to have psychoactive, euphoric, analgesic, sedative, or intoxicating effects.

Specialized Product Retailer License
Information for retailers selling specialized products including tobacco, nicotine, cannabinoid, kratom and other products known or intended to have psychoactive, euphoric, analgesic, sedative, or intoxicating effects.
Industrial Hemp
The Utah Industrial Hemp Program ensures consumer safety, product integrity, and industry compliance by monitoring Utah’s industrial hemp processors and retail establishments to ensure safety and label standards are met.
Medical Cannabis
Kratom
The Kratom Program protects consumer health by enforcing standards set in place by the Utah Kratom Registration Act and registers and inspects all kratom products sold in Utah.
