Industrial Hemp
The Utah Industrial Hemp Program ensures consumer safety, product integrity, and industry compliance by monitoring Utah’s industrial hemp processors and retail establishments to ensure safety and label standards are met.

Medical Cannabis
The Utah Medical Cannabis Program operates in partnership with the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. UDAF ensures product safety and compliance by regulating medical cannabis cultivators, processors, and pharmacies throughout the state. DHHS ensures compliance by overseeing the patients and providers.
