Information to be submitted is as follows, but not limited to:
-
- Organic Certification Renewal Form
- Application Fee
- Gross Sales Fee (organic gross sales report or verification document(s) required)
- Inspection Fee (if not paid)
- Any updates to Organic System Plan (OSP)

For further information regarding when to submit OSP updates, please refer to document NOP 2615 Organic System Plans, Organic System Plan Updates, and Notification of Changes (Effective Date: December 16, 2013). It is important to note within this document the requirements for the annual update and the notification of changes that must be submitted prior to the change taking place (at any point throughout the year) via an Application Change Request, in the customer’s AIMS portal.
Organic System Plan (OSP):
All applicants and certified organic producers must maintain and submit a current Organic System Plan (OSP). Click here to learn more.
