Our keynote speaker will be Patrick Guzzle from the National Resturant Association. Patrick Guzzle is the VP of Food Science for the National Restaurant Association. With over 20 years of experience in retail food safety, his career began as an Environmental Health Specialist after his wife contracted E. coli O157:H7. Before joining the NRA, he led Idaho’s Food Protection Program and founded Mountain West Food Safety LLC. He holds an M.P.H. from Idaho State University.
This conference is for academia, farmers, industry, manufacturers, producers, public health, regulators, retailers, and anyone else who is interested in food safety.
This conference will be in-person only. You do not have to be from Utah to attend.
