Application steps for a fertilizer blender license

  1. Access the Agricultural Information Management System (AIMS)

    Click the "Log in" button in AIMS.

    You'll sign in to UtahID before creating or accessing an existing AIMS account.

    New users:ย Follow the steps atย UtahID to create your UtahID account.

  2. Select the feed and fertilizer tile

  3. Review and agree to the privacy statement and the disclosure acknowledgement then click next

  4. Choose either new application or renewal application

  5. Review the DBA(s), then click next

  6. Select or add contact person and review the displayed contact information then click next

  7. Review account location and mailing addresses then click next

  8. Review additional location(s) then click next

  9. Review business website and DBA (if applicable) then click next

  10. Signature, capture electronic signature, enter name and job title

  11. Review application and license details, then choose payment method

    1. Credit Card: Enter card information via Chase Payment Technologies, agree to the Confirmation, then click ‘Nest’ and follow directions.
    2. E-Check: Enter bank information via Chase Payment Technologies, agree to the Confirmation, then click ‘Nest’ and follow directions.
    3. Offline Payment: Select payment type and follow instructions.
    4. For Invite Payer, enter payer name and email; (system will send payment link), then click ‘Next’.

    12. The approval process may take up to 2 weeks. After approval you will receive an email with instructions on how to get a digital copy of your license.
