Animal Import Permits and other current information may be obtained by calling (801) 982-2235 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday thru Friday.

Completed CVI’s can be sent to cvi@utah.gov

 

ONLINE PERMITTING SYSTEM (OPS)

In order to improve the UDAF’s animal disease traceability (ADT) efforts, we are offering a new system called OPS (Online Permitting System). This will be made available to accredited veterinarians and their staffs.
