SUMMARY:Utah Food Systems Study Action Committee Meeting: Supply Chain Improvements
DESCRIPTION:The Utah Food Systems Study Action Committee was created to invite those involved in food systems work in Utah to execute the strategies identified in the 2026 Utah Food Systems Study. This meeting will specifically cover action items related to the following supply chain centered strategies from the study: \nProgramming Strategy #1 (Utah Food Systems Study\, page 41)\nStrengthen statewide market development\, business support\, and supply chain coordination to better connect producers\, buyers\, processors\, investors\, and local governments while improving UDAF’s capacity to align supply\, market demand\, financing\, and technical assistance across Utah’s agricultural supply chains. \nProgramming Strategy #4 (Utah Food Systems Study\, page 44)\nDevelop a strategic investment framework for supply chain infrastructure. \nAnyone with relevant experience in or knowledge of the topic can participate.
