SUMMARY:Utah Business Licensing Association Conference
DESCRIPTION:The Utah Business Licensing Association (UBLA) is hosting their 2026 conference from October 14-16\, 2026. The UBLA is comprised of government departments and agencies of state and local levels\, all participating and sharing ideas in business license applications and techniques. \nThe Utah Department of Agriculture and Food will be leading two presentations at this event. The Specialized Products Division will be presenting on hemp\, kratom and other specialized products on 10/14 and the Regulatory Services Division will present on Cottage Food Production and the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act on 10/16.
