Payment Information

For reimbursements on contracts awarded in years 2021-2023, please use the Amplifund Platform to submit Payment Requests.

New for 2024: You will now need a UtahID account to access AmpliFund if you do not already have one. When creating the UtahID, you must use the email that was submitted with the original application.


For reimbursements on contracts awarded in years 2024 or newer, please use the Submittable Platform to submit a Payment Request Form.

New for 2024: Submittable users will need to know their Vendor Number and Contract Number when submitting a Payment Request.  This information can be found on your executed contract that was emailed to you under the subject header: “Finalized Grant Agreement”


Request Help to Submit a Payment:

Please email UDAF-WaterOptimization@utah.gov if you need help accessing your AmpliFund or Submittable account or submitting a Payment Request. Payment Request help can be scheduled through email. Before emailing to request help with submitting a Payment Request, please have all of your receipts ready to upload in a digital format (PDF, JPEG, etc).
