Food Establishment Registration Fees
Small: Less than 1,000 square feet / 4 or fewer employees	20.00
Medium: 1,000 to 5,000 square feet, with limited food processing	80.00
Large: Food processor over 1,000 square feet / Retail food establishment 1,000 to 50,000 square feet and two or fewer food processing areas / Food storage warehouse 1,000 to 50,000 square feet	140.00
Super: Food processor over 20,000 square feet / Retail food establishment over 50,000 square feet and more than two food processing areas / Food storage warehouse over 50,000 square feet	280.00
Weights and Measures Registration Fees
Small: 1 to 3 scales, 1 to 12 fuel dispensers, 1 meter, or 1 to 3 scanners	20.00
Medium: 4 to 15 scales, 13 to 24 fuel dispensers, 2 or 3 meters, or 4 to 15 scanners	80.00
Large: 16 to 25 scales, 25 to 36 fuel dispensers, 4 to 6 meters, or 16 to 25 scanners	140.00
Super: 26 or more scales, 37 or more fuel dispensers, 7 or more meters , 26 or more scanners	280.00
