Farmers' Market Food Safety Information



Important documents about Utah farmers' markets requirements

The UDAF is meeting with farmers' market vendors and managers to help explain new food safety regulations and the various steps needed to protect public health.

Information sessions for market coordinators and market vendors was held in Hurricane, Utah in February, 2013 and others sessions are being plannend for Northern Utah. Please check back here in the coming days for specific dates and places.

The meetings are designed to let local health departments and the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food update market vendors and managers on the latest food safety requirements.
