The UDAF is meeting with farmers' market vendors and managers to help explain new food safety regulations and the various steps needed to protect public health.

Information sessions are planned for Hurricane and Salt Lake City. The Hurricane meetings were conducted Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Hurricane Library 36 South 300 West.
The meetings are designed for venders and farmers' market coordinators and managers. The public is also welcome.

The Salt Lake City meeting for Northern Utah venders and market coordinators will be held Thursday, February 23rd at the UDAF Building, 350 North Redwood Rd., 2nd floor main conference room.
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and again at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
