Gasoline Pump Investigation Results


Recently the State of Texas notified UDAF that they had found purposeful cheating of gasoline customers at Sunmart locations in Texas. In response, the UDAF Weights and Measures Program conducted tests at 10% of the Sunmart locations in Utah. We are pleased to report that no violations were found by our inspectors. Based on this information, UDAF has determined there is no need for further follow-up to the Texas report.
