Application designed to assist license owners

The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food is announcing the launch of a Internet tool designed to assist the public in searching for and/or renewing their agriculture-oriented license.

This application allows users to retrieve general license information such as license type, fees, application forms, instructions, and more. It also allows users to locate a list of the different license types, verify their own license data (including payments), request license modification or license termination, find the department license contact information, and get a list of pesticide businesses.

The application can be found at the UDAF web site.

Under the LICENSING menu option select “LICENSING INFORMATION AND FORMS”.

To locate your own license data the program will ask you for:

1. LICENSE TYPE
2. LICENSE NUMBER
3. LICENSE PIN

The PIN is printed on your renewal notice. Please keep this number so you can look up your private license information online. In case you lose or forget your PIN number, please contact your UDAF license coordinator listed in the application’s drop-down menu.
