Utah's Own Summit set for Brigham City April 24

Utah’s Own Schedules Follow-up Summit in Brigham City for Local Food Producers
Local food companies invited to attend

Brigham City area food companies have another chance to learn from the pros how to market and sell their products during the upcoming Utah’s Own Entrepreneurial workshop.
Following the very successful Summit held in April 2014, the Northern Utah Small Business Development Centers and Utah’s Own are again partnering to provide a unique follow-up opportunity.  This is in response to last year’s participants responding to a survey with 99% indicating they would like it to be an annual event.  Food-oriented companies are especially invited to receive training from industry experts and discuss forming local Utah’s Own Chapters.  Local Chapters can provide ongoing training and networking opportunities that would address specific challenges affecting area businesses while continuing to interact with the statewide Utah’s Own Program.

When:  Friday, April 24, 2015.  Registration begins at 9:00 am with presentations, breakouts and lunch from 9:30 to 12:30.  Admission and lunch are free.  Registration is available by calling Wendy English at 435-919-7627, or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
