Training for Weights and Measures Certification

Recent improvements to our registration program now provide a free training opportunity We no longer register companies or agencies. To be eligible for individual registration in 2009 it is required that individual service persons attend a short training class. Please sign up for the training opportunity that best accommodates you.

Once your training is completed you may become eligible to apply to be registered for 2009. The training will be a one time class that may last up to 4 hours. The primary focus will be on practical everyday use of the new Placed In Service Report form.

Also, to improve uniformity and communication we will discuss proper device testing, security seals, use of certified test measures, etc. Providing the class fills for the date selected, all you need to do is attend. Any classroom training materials will be provided. If a class does not fill you will be informed of the need to select a new class date.
