Information sessions are planned for farmers market venders and managers in Hurricane, Utah Wednesday, February 8th at 1:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. in the Hurricane Library. 

The meetings are designed to answer questions about food safety protocols and steps needed to keep consumers healthy and happy.
