Most watershed projects funding with EPA Section 319 funds include an information and education component. Additionally the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, Utah Division of Water Quality, and Utah State University conduct statewide and regional outreach efforts and assist local watershed associations with their projects as needed.

Outreach and Social Marketing training workshops for watershed coordinators and others, which are conducted by Jack Wilbur.
