Utah's Agricultural Non-Point Source Statewide
Management Program

The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food manages the contracts for the agricultural and rural watershed projects in Utah funded under Section 319 of the Clean Water Act.

UDAF also manages and/or oversees the statewide and watershed-specific Section 319 information and education programs within Utah.

Finally, UDAF tracks the progress of all of the grants it manages and reports progress and expenditures to the Utah Department of Environmental Quality and EPA under the Grants Reporting and Tracking System (GRTS).
